Janine captured our wedding on 2 March 2019 at the Knorhoek Manor House, Knorhoek Estate in Sir Lowry’s Pass.

From the first moment of preparations to the very last minute of the day, Janine was patient, joyful & so understanding of every tantrum, every little glitch & every emotion that goes comes with a wedding….

The images were edited & delivered in good time. Janine was on her tummy in the dirt to get the perfect shot…and a few weeks later we learned she is having a baby. Above and (literally) beyond…

I came across Jknine photography almost 5 years ago when Janine posted on Facebook that she doing model call for a maternity shoot to a pregnant mom to add to her portfolio. This was my first ever photoshoot and it was so much fun, after our little one was born Janine was so amazing to bless us with a complimentary newborn shoot as part of the model call. Now my son is turning 5 this year and she has done another shoot for us. Janine has become a friend with such compassion and talent I will forever cherish her and will use her services over and over again. Thanks, Janine for being such an amazing person!

There are many ways to describe something good. But having worked with Janine Northcott has put photography into a new level of excellence. Caring, kind, generous and professional. I have had 3 shoots with her. One was for me a boudoir shoot, helped so much with my low moment. Then a beautiful new born shoot with my second baby boy. We then did a cake smash from his 1st birthday. Taking photos has always been important to me. It reminds me that we are here it captures so much more than just an image. It’s a moment with full emotions and perfect clarity. Her presentation of the final photos are so sweet. I have seen her other work and I’m left breathless. I feel like I’m in the moment seeing that photo as if I was standing where she stood. She has a way of keeping you relaxed and explaining the poses so that the pictures come out perfect. Janine is a true artist.

Janine is not only a dear friend but I have had the privilege of seeing her in action doing what she truly loves. She is a passionate and talented photographer with a special touch with newborns. I absolutely love the newborn photos she took of my little one to this day. Thank you again Janine for sharing your talent with us.

I love going through the photos and remembering our Wedding day just like it was yesterday.  And her photos captured all the beautiful moments from us getting ready to saying I Do, the family and friends photos, cutting the cake and the beautiful evening photos, we now have these gorgeous photos which bring alive these magical moments we shared on our Wedding Day!
